WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
You may cancel or amend your order within 24 hours of purchase. We are committed to our customers and want you to be happy. We stand by our product and offer a 100% To cancel your merchandise, please email: email@example.com and label the subject line: CANCEL MY ORDER, and make sure to include your full NAME and ORDER NUMBER.
Cancelations after (24) hours will require the customer to return the undamaged product to receive a full refund. We cannot exchange your order after (24) hours because it will have already gone into production. Please review our RETURN POLICY.
HOW DO I TRACK THE STATUS OF MY ORDER?
As soon as your canvas ships, we will send you a confirmation email that includes delivery expectations by our eCommerce platform. Please allow up to (4) business days to receive your tracking link to check your order status.
I RECEIVED MY TRACKING DETAILS, BUT IT DOESN'T SHOW ANY MOVEMENT! WHAT SHOULD I DO?
If it has been more than two days since your order has been shipped and movement is not reflected on the shipper's website or it has been more than 48 hours since the last tracking update, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we'll do everything we can to resolve the issue for you!

WHAT IS THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN GALLERY WRAPS AND FLOATING FRAMES?
Gallery Wrap: Is a method of stretching an artist’s canvas so that the canvas wraps completely around the sides of the stretcher bar and is secured to the back of the wooden frame. Identified as THE premier method of framing for any and all high-quality art pieces. We bring this option to you at an incredibly affordable price.
Float Frames: are named for the way a gallery wrap is mounted within; a 1/8" space appears between the frame and the wrap, creating the subtle illusion that your image is floating inside.
Floater frames mimic the look of fine art displayed in a gallery, where these types of frames are the preferred way to display art. They enable galleries to mount a piece of artwork in a frame without the surface of the art touching the frame itself, preserving the image from potential contact or damage. The depth of a floater frame creates a greater three-dimensionality to a piece of art hung on a wall, and the floating image provides the same effect for art that is displayed on a desk or shelf.
