We currently ship with the following global carriers with tracking: Fedex, DHL and UPS
Orders are generally shipped within 5-7 business days for US Shipping, 10-15 business days for Canada and up to 16-18 days for Worldwide shipping.
Please note that during the holidays, delivery may take slightly longer due to increased order volume.
With online shopping comes the greatest challenge there is – buying without trying. It’s understandable that you may have ordered something you thought you would like based on the image and description, yet you feel it didn’t meet those standards in real life.
We will issue a full refund to the original method of payment within 24 hours of receiving the returned merchandise in original condition.
*NOTE: we do not provide pre-paid shipping packages to send products back to us. You must send back unwanted product at your own expense. We highly recommend shipping your piece (s) back via Fedex/DHL/UPS not USPS.
Cancellations after 24 hours will require you to return the undamaged merchandise to us to receive a full refund. We cannot exchange your order after 24 hours, as it will have already gone into production.
TRACKING YOUR ORDER
Once your order is prepared for delivery, you will receive an email confirmation with tracking details and expected delivery times from the carrier.
If your product hasn’t arrived within the estimated time, or it shows that it has been delivered, but you haven’t received your package, please contact us so we can help resolve the matter! Email us at email@example.com
We DO NOT offer refunds for any reason while products are IN TRANSIT. We will of course always work with you once you receive the products or before we ship them!
